Arrival

Please be sure to arrive on time.  Due to scheduling, we are not always able to accommodate late arrivals.  If, for any reason, you do arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened.

Intake Forms

 If it is your first treatment you will need to fill out an intake form when you arrive, please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

 Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance.  Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation charge.
