Crystals are wonderful and powerful tools for blancing energy in our bodies, our minds, our emotions and our environment. Each crystal has its own unqiue property which makes them invaluable in the therapeutic context across a broad spectrum of ailments.

Crystal healing is the use of crystals on or around the body, which creates beneficial changes, helping to release stagnant energy blockages, screen out damaging energy, boosts low energy and transform destructive patterns.

The practitioner places crystals on different parts of the body, often corresponding to the chakras, or places crystals around the body in an attempt to construct an energy grid, which helps to remove blockages in the aura or the body’s electromagnetic field. 

Skin contact with the appropriate crystal enhances our healing process. You can accomplish this by wearing a crystal or tumbled stone in the form of jewelry . Crystals and minerals can be used to induce deep relaxation, release tension, stress, pain and promote energy balance within the physical and subtle bodies. In general warm coloured stones (orange and yellow) stimulate energy flow, and cool coloured stones ( blue, green, purple) calm overactivity. There are many, many ways one can use crystals to promote better health an wellbeing.

We are made of up an energy system that is connected energetically to everything in this universe. All is one. Every bit of matter is composed of energy. This means that energy has the capacity to heal energy because they are one in the same. The air we breath, the heat and light of the sun, water and food, are all energies on which we depend for life. As human beings we are finely balanced to take in, store, transform and transmit energy. Therefore, if something in our personal energy system or in the balance of our environment breaks down, the balance of life-supporting functions is impaired and we can spiral into ill health and manifest disease.

 

During a crystal healing session the client will lie on a comfortable table and be guided into relaxation. Crystals will be placed and the practitioner will use tuning forks, crystals bowls, pendulems and energy healing techniques to bring balance, wholeness, clarity and a deep cleanse of  the auric body, mind and spirit.
