Education
I am a Graduate of the three-year Acupuncture program and four-year TCM Practitioner program at the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Vancouver (ICTCMV). I am a Registered Acupuncturist and a Registered Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, upon completion of one last series of provincial board examinations, I will be a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have also taken courses in Swedish and hot-stone massage, as well as Acupuncture for Facial Rejuvenation.
I first became interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine when I received Acupuncture treatment for chronic neck and shoulder pain. Although I came to Acupuncture as a skeptic, after my first treatment not only did my neck and shoulders feel better, I also felt better overall.
After several years of traveling and working in different areas, I decided to make helping people with natural medicine my career. I chose the Acupuncture program at ICTCMV and now, almost five years later I am about to become a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I couldn't ask to be involved in a more rewarding profession.
